Hello fellow riders. Scott and I occasionally ride with a group of friends from Deltona. Leslie always comes up with great places to ride. On Sunday the 26th of January, the weather was not particularly optimal for morning riding, I was sorry I didn’t wear my leathers, but Scott and I took off anyway. We met up at Skips Boots in Osteen. Cody decided to take a trip and go to sleep under the bed !!!

The windy route along Maytown Road took us to US1. We took a break at Wind Walkers Leather Shop , in Oak Hill. We chatted with Doug and Julie and petted their Australian Shepherd, Bandit. A stone’s throw away from, Wind Walkers, is a hidden gem of a restaurant called, Goodrich’s. Their breakfast menu is huge. It fills the tummy’s of hungry patrons and the service was awesome.

Our travels took us to downtown New Smyrna Beach to an arts and crafts festival. We spent a few hours milling around and checking out the vendors. The weather turned out to be pretty mild , so it was an enjoyable event. By mid day, Scott and I saddled up and rode home and the rest of the group journeyed to the Cabbage Patch. We always have to run home early because of Cody.

There you go, another great day with our buds! Check out Wind Walkers and Goodrich’s, if you are in the Oak Hill area. You won’t be disappointed. Until we meet again. Happy Riding, Ya’ll.
