Moonlight Diner Ride/Motorcycle trade-in saga.

By Cindy Feldman on

Hello fellow bikers.  Scott and I ride with a great group of friends from the Florida Independent Riders group. A few weeks ago, we led a ride to a great retro diner in Titusville called, Moonlight Diner. The food ranges from hamburgers and hotdogs to sandwiches, subs, ice cream, shakes and sundaes. Everybody loved their food. The service is awesome and the staff is super friendly. Try it out, you’ll love it.

I wanted to tell you all about an experience we had with a Gator Harley-Davidson in Lake County. We traded in the 04 Electra-glide standard for an 2013 Road King Police bike. Shifting was clunky and they wouldn’t even help my husband correct the handle bar position.  The tires were worn out and we felt like we made a bad choice. He texted the salesman and found out they still  had the bike on the lot. After several back and forth communications, upper management advised we could return the Road King and swap it for the 04 Electra-Glide. They decided to return our title . The unfortunate part is that they refused to return our original deposit. Buyer beware-don’t put a lot of money down on a motorcycle or even a car. We learned a lesson from this experience. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from that dealership. Happy Riding everyone. Cindy out!
