Unlimited Adventure: The 2021 Triumph Tiger 1200XC Range
Contents
The Triumph Tiger 1200 XC remains a crucial part of the 2021 Triumph line-up. While it hasn’t experienced any upgrades from previous years, this classic British-made adventure motorcycle continues to impress in whatever form it takes. Within the Tiger 1200 XC sub-range, there are two models for riders to choose from: the Tiger 1200 XCx and Tiger 1200 XCa.
Both of these Triumph Motorcycles draw power from a 1,215 cc liquid-cooled, 12 valve, DOHC, in-line 3-cylinder that produces 141 horsepower and 90 lb-ft of peak torque. The engine is powerful and responsive, delivering a confidence-inspiring ride experience, no matter what terrain you’re tackling.
In XCx form, the Tiger 1200 comes equipped with five riding modes (Road, Rain, Sport, Off-road, and Off-Road Pro), updated cruise control, Triumph semi-active suspension, adjustable front and rear suspension, optimized cornering ABS and traction control, a torque-assist hydraulic clutch, Brembo brakes, and so much more.
The premium XCa model features all of the same specs as the XCx but with a number of exciting extras. Chief among these include an additional “rider programmable” riding mode, Triumph Shift Assist, hill hold control, billet machined parts, a titanium and carbon fiber Arrow silencer, and adaptive cornering lights.
For 2021, the Tiger 1200 XC models are available in three color options: Crystal White, Jet Black, or Matte Khaki Green.
The 2021 Triumph Tiger 1200 XC starts from $19,700 USD / $22,000 CAD.
